The learning cycle by D. Kolb
This model of Experience Based Learning describes a didactic model, based on the assumption that only an immediate and practical examination and application of the information can enable a person to an effective and meaningful absorption of information. The further development of this model by Lucas Welter then analyses this learning cycle in relation to different learning types. That means that according to the learning type, information can either be processed analytical, theoretical, practice oriented or dynamical.
